cozy stay with great service

super clean lobby floral scent really good service great organization

I appreciated the super clean condition of the lobby. the fresh scent of flowers in my room created a cute feeling. babak at the front desk offered really good service. His friendly demeanor enhanced my stay. the hotel's organization impressed me a lot.

the breakfast buffet offered very little variation . it became somewhat monotonous after a couple of days.

The hotel location was quite convenient everything was nearby. The tram and bus services made reaching further locations easy. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.

The room lacked a full set of bedding only a thin blanket was available. There was also a plumbing odor in the bathroom. Basic items like coffee and hot milk were not included at breakfast and cost extra.

The staff was polite. they answered all my questions quickly! i also liked the atmosphere. It felt very calm and professional. the walls were thick too! i couldn't hear my neighbors even though the hotel was full.

the breakfast buffet was boring! it was the same every day. coffee and juice cost extra! i think my shower head was leaking. water went under the sink after i showered!

Underground parking offered ample space with an elevator, this helped a lot! the breakfast selection had good variety. I found the food was fresh. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. I enjoyed the central position. i appreciated how clean and spacious my room and bathroom were.

The lack of a duvet on the bed affected my sleep. I found i was cold. a thin blanket was the only covering, so i struggled a little bit. i think a warmer option would be beneficial.
